The IPC-BIT900 is a serial of network boards for industrial fieldbusses with RS485 lines, with standard software as BITBUS master or slave. The unit is divided into three versions for the most important PC bus systems ISA, PCI and PC/104. It is supported by standardised drivers for the operating systems Windows®NT, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP, 2003 Server and Vista. The IPC-BIT900 is the result of more than 18 years of experience with BITBUS master cards - resulting in easy installation and well known ruggedness for industrial applications.
The IPC-BIT900 boards together with the WDM driver provide top performance BITBUS operation: Unlimited message lengths, speeds from 62.5 kBit/s over 375 kBit/s to 1.5Mbit/s, handling of outstanding messages, FIFOs to the BITBUS and to the PC-interface, firmware in Flash Eprom for easy updates, master and slave operation
