ELZET80 has long experience at manufacturing customer specific specialized hardware. We offer short development periods and exact fitting to customer needs at any time, so that your products always match recent demands. Due to our high flexibility we are able to offer anything from little changes to our catalogue products or semi custom solutions up to highly complex new developments at a very good price:
Many of our customers need a controller at the critical range of 25 to 250 pieces per year but cannot accept a standard solution.
The quick and cost effective way to that goal are our NET/900 modules. The modules have a processor (with counters, A/D and D/A converter, serial interfaces), 1MB flash EPROM, 512K RAM, configuration EEPROM and the 16C32 USART for RS485/BITBUS on a high density 6 layer board.
The customer specific basic board can be a very simple 2 layer board at the required size. It contains customer specific I/O and other circuits like peripherals, power supply, interface drivers, relays, connectors, etc. For examples see our applications page.
Full Custom
Special problems demand special solutions. If the standard controller does not fit mechanically or misses an output or a special sensor has to be adapted - sometimes little changes to one of our catalogue products are enough.
Very often you can save money with special solutions - through simpler wiring or integration of externals transformers, power drivers in one case.
