  • Measurement of effective power, Cos Phi, mains voltage, energy consumption
  • In case of a combination measuring device the PLC can switch the desired measured quantity (I, Pw, Cos Phi, E) to two digital pulse outputs instead of the level switches.
  • Calculation of thermal model, such that smaller motors can be used for the application saving costs and space.
  • Automatic detection of the motor type by pushing a button after initiation or motor change.
  • Monitoring the current over time to detect wear.
  • Extension to more I/O with some sequential logic to replace the PLC (4..6 I/Os)
