Our standard product integrates 1 to 4 separate Delta-Sigma-ADCs with a microcontroller, flash memory and a real-time kernel to allow all kinds of processing at the measuring point.
The "Loadcell" signal conditioning box provides hardware with firmware for most standard weighing applications. It comes in a small version with 1 or 2 channels and a slightly bigger one with 3 or 4 channels. While a standard protocol (LEON compatible) is provided, the integrated full-fledged microcontroller allows for specials to the point of complete automation tasks.

PC Test Adapter
RS485 isn't easily available on a development PC and standard 232/485 converters often don't handle the transmitter muting. This little box provides the conversion and the filtered supply - using an external power supply of about 10..12V.
While the main controller in your industrial installation usually will "talk" RS485, a PC usually won't. To get your test site up and running quickly, get "232FEED485" and start calibrating.

If you don't need the measured values to be integrated into your PC application, you might simply use the main window of our calibration tool as a value display. The program allows selection of one of the scales on the RS485 line and typical weighing operations like tare and zero.
Our Windows® counterpart to the LOADCELL firmware provides scale setup tools that are split into a wizard mode and an advanced setup window. The wizard will lead you from the selection of the number of cells used for your scale through type, excitation etc. Calibration can be done electrically from the cell's data sheet or with the use of reference weights.
